The Public Television did not present that Colonel-General Movses Hakobyan had submitted a resignation letter from the post of the head of the military control service of the Ministry of Defense. It should be noted that the resignations of officials and deputies started on November 9. During this period, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan resigned. Ashot Ghulyan, Advisor to NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy Minister of Environment Irina Ghaplanyan, Varag Siseryan Chief of Staff of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan also resigned from their posts.
