A few days ago, RA Prime Minister’s spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan posted a Facebook post regarding Nikol Pashinyan’s visit to Moscow. In the initial version of the post it was mentioned that the issues of cargo transportation from the central parts of Armenia to Syunik region will be discussed in Moscow.
Many concerns were raised on social networks regarding that post, after which Mane Gevorgyan edited her post, adding that the issue of cargo transportation from the central parts of Armenia to Syunik will be discussed in the context of the Nakhijevan railway.
“Media Advocate” initiative considers that such a careless working style misleads the media. The latter ones, in fact, have to go back to the history of changes in the Facebook post and check it after each post.
We urge to approach the work in a responsible manner, to think and to make sure before writing anything so as not to mislead the public and the media.
