“Media Advocate” initiative, considering the tense border situation, urges journalists to use the official messages of the Ministry of Defense and the Defense Army as a reliable source. We urge the media to use and disseminate exclusively verified information, refrain from using Azerbaijani websites and disseminating information spread on the websites using Azerbaijani domain.
It should be reminded that on July 12 and 13, the Azerbaijani side attacked the Republic of Armenia, using various weapons in the Tavush region. The Azerbaijani side suffered both human and technical losses and was repelled.
Moreover, there was an attack on the websites with .am domain as well. We call for following the security of websites, restricting access to websites from the territory of Azerbaijan.
