“Media Advocate” Initiative states that the media platform of the Commandant’s Office failed to cooperate and work together, and citizens and journalists have to guess where they should receive information from. Hovhannes Movsisyan has intervened in a job that is not actually in his functions and has tried to conduct a job of the Commandant’s Office.
