On March 16, Public Television Allocated 38 Seconds to the Topic of the Constitutional Referendum

Օn March 16, the Public Television of Armenia, operating at the expense of taxpayers, allocated 38 seconds to the topic of the constitutional referendum․ Only neutral information was presented.

During a special session of the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated: “In a state of emergency, a referendum can not take place. It will take place no sooner than 50 days after the state of emergency and no later than 65 days after it.”
