On March 10, Public Television Allocated 27 Minutes to the “YES” headquarters and 13 minutes 5 seconds to the “NO” campaign side

On March 10, the Public Television of Armenia, operating at the expense of taxpayers, allocated 40 minutes 25 seconds to the topic of the constitutional referendum, 13 minute 5 seconds of which were allocated to the supporters of the “NO” campaign, 27 minutes 20 seconds to the “YES” supporters, no neutral remarks were presented. The Public TV also aired “YES” and “NO” campaign video clips of up to 1-minute duration each.

During Public TV’s news broadcast, the National Agenda Party’s statement was presented (9 minutes). The National Agenda party urged not to participate in the referendum. According to party board chairman Ara Hakobyan, the referendum has legal problems. “Do not participate in a referendum that resolves the issue of legality but is actually illegal in its essence.”

The Public Television also covered the campaign of the “Yes” headquarters in the Syunik region (26 minutes 15 seconds). Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the purpose of this referendum the in Tegh community, which according to him, is to establish the fact that power belongs to the people.”
