Who ordered the deceptive investigation? Why has the Public TV addressed the issue?

On May 4 the Public Television released a report titled “Anti-Government Campaign Coordinators” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=7&v=xbzqlQJOPHM). “The groups under the name “fact-checking” launched a campaign against the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on social networks,” claims the First Channel journalist, referring to an investigation by the American analytical center, Atlantic Council.

According to the investigation, traces of the campaign against the Prime Minister and the Government lead to Russia. The author notes that the analytical center has also revealed that some websites disseminate misinformation by misleading the public. During the report the so called “4 coordinators of the anti-government campaign” are presented.

In fact, the country’s main TV company broadcasts such a biased report in the main report of “News”, not presenting the opinion of the other side. Meanwhile, the Public Television Company is obliged to provide unbiased information to the public, especially when it survives by public funding.
