From 1 to 10 April, 2019, the “Media Advocate” initiative followed online media reports on the Member of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan’s personality and activities. 34 leading Armenian news agencies have been monitored.
In the specified period, 110 articles were declared, 12 of which were negative, 1 were positive and 97 were neutral.
From the results of the monitoring, one can conclude that Lena Nazaryan is not in the spotlight of media, as only official meetings are being covered. Most of the negative articles are linked to the internal divisions in the “My Step” alliance. According to press reports, some issues were entrusted to Lilit Makunts instead of Lena Nazaryan.
