The websites of the following media outlets were monitored: “BBC”, “CNN”, “Reuters”, “Associated Press” (AP), and “Deutsche Welle” (DW-English version).
The BBC news agency did not cover the Karabakh conflict during this period.
The CNN news agency published 1 article during the specified period. The news outlet noted that System of a Down released first new music in 15 years. “These two songs, “Protect the Land” and “Genocidal Humanoidz” both speak of a dire and serious war being perpetrated upon our cultural homelands of Artsakh and Armenia,”noted the news outlet, citing the statement of the group.
Reuters news agency published 4 articles in the specified monitoring period. The media touched upon Russian President Vladimir Putin’s telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as his discussion with French President Emmanuel Macron on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
The Associated Press published 2 articles during the specified monitoring period. The media wrote that at least three civilians were killed in the latest shelling of Nagorno-Karabakh cities by Azerbaijan on Friday.
Deutsche Welle news agency published 2 articles. The German media referred to the statement of the casualties among the civilians as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani side, as well as the statement of the President of Azerbaijan on capturing one of the major cities in Nagorno Karabakh.
