In the specified period, 276 articles were declared, 95 of which were negative, 34 were positive and 147 were neutral.
RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan remains among the most criticized politicians.
Koryun Vardapetyan, an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Achajur maternity hospital, noted that, the Health Center’s right to practice obstetrics (Achajur maternity hospital) was suspended by the minister’s order. He added that he had done his best not to stop the work of the maternity hospital, but his efforts were in vain.
Facebook user Babken Harutyunyan referred to the topic. He, in particularly, wrote: “The annual bonus Arsen gets is more than the annual budget of Achajur maternity hospital.”
The topic of coronavirus was touched upon in the press. “The anti-epidemic struggle has three failed symbols: Nikol, who speaks of masks with a non-stop regime and blames others, the Commandant who is actually a head of an anti-constitutional body and a scapegoat for Nikol, and the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan.”
A flash mob started on social networks, demanding the resignations of the ESCS Minister Arayik Harutyunyan and the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan.
Healthcare Minister Arsen Torosyan reported 14 activities implemented in 2019, including the work done to promote a healthy lifestyle, combat the most common diseases, improve the quality of medical services.
