According to media reports, the Bright Armenia Party will file a lawsuit against the ESCS Minister in the autumn. They have already sent an inquiry to the ministry. The minister should clarify at the NA what he has done during these years that no result is vivid.

The confrontation between Arayik Harutyunyan and former ASUE rector Ruben Hayrapetyan continues. Ruben Hayrapetyan submitted a report to the police on the official documents of the ESCS. The inaccuracy in the documents was described by ESCS as negligence of an employee, after which the former rector wrote: If you had at least a little self-love, the responsibility of the order signed by the Minister would not be put on a poor employee. I am waiting to see which legal act you are going to refer in case of a right version. I suggest studying Guatemala’s legislation, you may find it.”

Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Ruben Melkonyan, in response to a reporter’s question regarding the RA NA ESCS Minister Arayik Harutyunyan speech on the “closed funds” of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, noted: “These topics are in the spotlight of our enemies. One should be very careful when addressing such topics, you have to cautiously choose the right platform to talk about those topics. I do not think that raising such issues from the National Assembly, the so called number one political tribune of the republic, is a very correct approach. It is not a heroism to make statements like they make scandalous news, this is a tactical mistake, because it is an undeniable fact that such manifestations are obviously monitored by our rival countries, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
