A journalist of the LuysPress.am Information Analytical Center was hit by some individuals at the 7/1 polling station in Shushi. Following the incident a report was submitted to the police on the matter of aggressive behavior, violence, assault, and obstruction.
“Media Advocate” urges the police to be consistent and to punish the perpetrators in accordance with the law. Any action aimed at obstructing the journalist’s professional work and restricting his or her freedom of speech is impermissible.
