When conducting its monitoring “Media Advocate” Initiative noticed an incident which occurred between Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan and the journalists during a briefing.
The journalist asked Gagik Tsarukyan whether he is going pay the employees for a forced outage. The PAP leader insulted the journalist, saying; “Girl, how long you may make such an empty talk.”
“Media Advoate” initiative urges the PAP leader to respect the journalist’s work, avoid labeling them. Every politician may not answer a question that is not desirable for him, but responding with an insult is unacceptable.
