On March 12, Public Television Allocated 21 Minutes 30 Seconds to the “YES” headquarters and 10 minutes 40 seconds to the “NO” campaign side

On March 12, the Public Television of Armenia, operating at the expense of taxpayers, allocated 35 minutes 10 seconds to the topic of the constitutional referendum, 10 minute 40 seconds of which were allocated to the supporters of the “NO” campaign, 21 minutes 30 seconds to the “YES” supporters, and 3 minutes were neutral remarks. The Public TV also aired “YES” and “NO” campaign video clips of up to 1-minute duration each.

The video of the “Kamk” (Will) Initiative for the Protection of Armenian Values ​​has been released (1 minute); According to the video, there is no black or white, the tricolor is the only right choice. In its video “Kamk” Initiative boycotts the referendum.

In a conversation with Public TV commentator Lilit Aghbalyan, Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Bureau member Artsvik Minasyan addressed the referendum (9 minutes 40 seconds). He particularly noted: “What the “YES” headquarters is doing now is not only related to the issue of the referendum, but also is an unconstitutional act which undermines the notion of the referendum. We urge our voters not to go to the polling station.”

During the news issue, the campaign of the “Yes” headquarters was presented (20 minutes 30 seconds). During the campaign, Nikol Pashinyan stated: “Courts and judges should not be politicized.” He also added that the writers of the Constitution had planned that there would be no democracy, power of the people in Armenia until at least 2035.
