Negative articles on NA Member from Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) fraction, Naira Zohrabyan prevail during this ten-day period. An incident occurred in the National Assembly between Mrs. Zohrabyan and MP from “My Step” fraction, Taguhi Ghazaryan. Zohrabyan noted that Mrs. Ghazaryan was sitting inactive at the committee meetings, and Ghazaryan responded in her interview that she did not want to have a distance debate, noting that the committee meetings are being videotaped. Artur Hovhannisyan, a member of the “My Step” fraction also responded to the incident, saying that insulting each other is unacceptable.

Lisa Chagharyan commented on Naira Zohrabyan’s speech where she had condemned the pressure on journalists. Chagharyan wrote: “Of course, you will condemn, what should you do? When Tsarukyan’s “dogs” (referring to his people) broke into “Haykakan Zhamanak” (ArmTimes) and lay all journalists onto the ground, and “I do not know” who burned Nikol Pashinyan’s car, the fact of strongly condemning such kind of an action could have unpredictable consequences at that time. I very well remember that day, I am not as forgetful as Naira Zohrabyan is.”

The article according to which the National Assembly adopted Naira Zohrabyan’s bill imposing penalties for cruel treatment of animals was assessed as positive. The approval of the law authored by Alen Simonyan, Sipan Pashinyan and Naira Zohrabyan, according to which lotteries may be held only in 4 cities of Armenia, was also positively assessed.
