From 11 to 20 March, 2019, the “Media Advocate” initiative followed online media reports on the Member of the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan’s personality and activities. 34 leading Armenian news agencies have been monitored.
In the specified period, 224 articles were declared, 6 of which were negative, 0 were positive and 218 were neutral.
The number of articles on Edmon Marukyan, has grown in comparison with the previous ten days but the emphases have not changed.
It should be noted that the negative articles on the head of the “Bright Armenia” Party remind of personalized campaigns. There are almost no political assessments, content analyzes and comments on the politician’s announcements.
